When it snows during the winter, just like in the Krasova Penthouses, you can open a window and scoop up a handful with your hands. Late at night it's a little pleasure but a nice one to lean out from a warm apartment into the falling snow and just look downwards along the street at the tramcars and vehicles as they make their slow way through it.
